Returns
Only items purchased directly from our dz-tech eBay store will be eligible for return request. Please follow instructions below:

All returned products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original materials included. For bundle items: to receive a full refund, all items within the bundle have to be returned. Non returned items, will convert into a full-price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Return packages: the refund is processed after the package has been received by our RMA department.
Refused, Unclaimed and Return packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or any other reason, will be refunded, minus the shipping fee, if paid, once the package has been delivered to the RMA department.
